What is White Rabbit Xpress?
Located in Tokyo, White Rabbit Xpress is a special order service for Japanese goods, for both consumers and businesses. Whether you are seeking books, gamesofts, digital cameras, cosmetics, or nearly anything else that is legal to mail and available in Japan, we can buy and ship it to you--whether you are living in Japan’s countryside or across the globe.
For businesses we can function as your branch office in Tokyo. We can purchase items on your company's behalf and drop-ship them directly to your customers. We can even include your invoice or packing slip and your company name on the return address.
How does it work?
Send us your request with detailed information about the product you are seeking, including size and color preference if applicable. If you’ve seen the item on the web, include an image or link. We will send you a quote for the item which will include shipping charges, so be sure and tell us where you’d like your order shipped.
What if your price is too high?
Our price quote includes the price of the item plus packing supplies, shipping costs and a margin for our profit. If you don’t like our quoted price, you are under no obligation to proceed with the order.

What kinds of things can you buy and ship to me?
Pretty much anything that is legal, including:

books, magazines, gamesofts, shoes, cosmetics, furniture, and DVDs;
- electronics including laptop computers, digital cameras, mp3 players, parts and supplies;
- housewares including dishes, Japanese wash cloths, and cosmetics.
How do I get started?
Simply send us a request for quote. Be sure and include plenty of information to help us locate the product (or the type of prouduct) you are seeking. If it's a software title, be sure and specify the platform. If you are seeking a DVD, be sure and specify the region encodings that you can
accept. Send us a picture of the item or a website link if you have one.
